Ticketek Terms and Conditions

  1. You, the ticket purchaser and/or ticket bearer (“you”) agree with Zenith Events Ltd (“the Seller”) to the following terms and conditions in relation to the NRL Auckland Nines event to which this ticket applies (“the Event”).
  2. The Event may be postponed in whole or part if necessary, at a time determined by the Seller, due to adverse weather or other adverse conditions as deemed by the Seller. Any such postponement will be notified.  In this case, your ticket will be valid for the postponed date and you will not be entitled to a refund. Please keep your ticket.
  3. There are no transfers, exchanges or refunds on ticket prices, booking or courier fees except as required by law.  The Seller’s liability is limited to refunding the ticket price where the Event is cancelled and not postponed. To receive a refund, you must within 30 days of the Event, e-mail the ticket with your details to online@ticketek.co.nzor mail the ticket with your details to

    Any booking fee is not refunded where the Event is cancelled and not rescheduled, except where required by law.
  4. The ticket purchaser agrees to accept responsibility for ensuring this ticket is not copied and/or used fraudulently.
  5. The Seller may add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute players and performers, advertised events or performances. The Seller may also interrupt, shorten, bring forward, delay or stop the Event due to circumstances beyond its control.
  6. You must comply with all signs, instructions and directions regulating the event, with all directions of all police, security personnel and officials and with all conditions of entry applicable to the Event venue.
  7. You consent to and will permit the search and inspection of your person and/or possessions (including clothing and bags) at any time, including upon entry into the venue.
  8. The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the rules relating to the venue. No food or beverage (other than for infants or medical reasons), unsealed drink containers, eskis or glass receptacles may be taken into the venue. No gang colours, patches or other items that signify gang membership may be displayed at the Event. No illegal substances or weapons of any nature may be brought into the venue. No animals may be brought into the venue (other than seeing eye dogs).
  9. Entry may be refused and no refund given if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way.
  10. You release and indemnify the Seller against any loss, damage, claim or demand (whether personal injury, death or property damage) suffered by you or the Seller (and its officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensees and assignees), or any third party which occurs as a result (directly or indirectly) of your acts or omissions (whether negligent or otherwise) or your non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
  1. Refusal of Entry
    Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in refusal of entry to the Event venue or removal from the Event venue.
    11.1 The Seller reserves the right to refuse entry/registration and to exclude any objectionable or intoxicated persons from the event/premises without liability.
    11.2 The Seller reserves the right to refuse entry/registration from people deemed to be competitors or if an objection is raised by an event partner.
    11.3 The Seller retains the right to require any person to leave the venue or Event if that person:
    (a) Engages in conduct which unreasonably interferes with other persons wishing to enjoy the Event;
    (b) Hampers or impedes the provision of hospitality by The Promoter to other clients and/or the conduct of the Event;
    (c) Breaches any laws, by-laws, orders or other rules applicable to the venue or the Event.
    11.4 If a person fails to leave the venue after being requested to do so then your licence to remain at the venue shall automatically be revoked.
    11.5 If a person is refused entry or requested to leave the venue or Event for any reason detailed in this clause or these terms and conditions, no refund will be given under any circumstances.

12  Cancellation Policy / Disclaimer
There are no exchanges or refunds except as required by law. If you are unable to attend, you can provide a substitute. If a refund is made, the Seller may retain an administration fee. The Seller reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule and/or vary advertised programmes and/or event formats.

13 Privacy
The information supplied on registration or at the Event will be shared and used by the Seller and sponsors of the event. Unless you advise The Seller otherwise, your name and contact details will be included in the list of event participants distributed to sponsors of the event. By registering for this event you are automatically subscribed to our database. If you wish to be removed from these databases please let us know in writing and we’ll have you removed immediately. You are also welcome to unsubscribe at any time in the future by notifying The Promoter or our sponsors from whom you receive communications.

14 Dress Code 
a) Clothing must conform to reasonable standards of decency.
b) Where a dress code is indicated on the entry ticket, that dress code shall be adhered to.
c) No bare feet are permitted.
d) No gang patches are permitted.
e) No High – Visibility Vests
f) No ‘Bring Back the Biff’ costumes permitted
g) In the event of the Patron wearing a costume or other “dress-up” clothing, the clothing shall not be considered obscene or offensive by Event Management Staff.

15 Enjoyment of Others
The Promoter retains the right to require any person to leave the venue or Event if that person:
(a) Engages in conduct which unreasonably interferes with other persons wishing to enjoy the Event;
(b) Hampers or impedes the provision of hospitality by The Promoter to other clients and/or the conduct of the Event;
(c) Breaches any laws, by-laws, orders or other rules applicable to the venue or the Event; or
(d) Is not observing their obligations under the terms and conditions herewith.

  1. Privacy
    The information supplied on the registration form will be shared and used by the Seller. Unless you advise the Seller otherwise, your name and contact details will be included in the list of event participants distributed to sponsors of the event. By registering for this event you are automatically subscribed to our database. You will be given the opportunity to opt out of future email communications from us after the post event survey has been concluded.
  1. Alcohol Consumption on Public Transport
    Alcohol consumption is not permitted on public transport. To ensure residents and NRL Auckland Nines ticket holders have a great weekend, the liquor ban outside Eden Park and the surrounding neighbourhood streets will be enforced.
  1. Conditions of Entry
    In order to ensure that all patrons attending events held at Eden Park are free to enjoy the entertainment in a safe and comfortable manner, and to protect the rights of our patrons, entry to Eden Park is subject to the following conditions of entry and regulations:

 

Prohibited Item, the following items shall not be permitted at Eden Park:

  1. a) Alcohol not purchased at the Stadium
  2. b) Animals or pets, with the exception of guide dogs
  3. c) Open drink containers
  4. d) Sealed drinking containers larger than 1 litre
  5. e) Cans (including aerosol cans) glass bottles, thermos flasks, any breakable container
  6. f) Commercially produced takeaway food, such as McDonalds, KFC, Burger King, Subway, Pizza etc. Patrons are welcome to bring small amounts of non commercially produced food intended for the patrons personal consumption
  7. g) Illicit drugs
  8. h) Knives and dangerous weapons
  9. i) Flares, fireworks, laser pointers
  10. j) Skateboards, roller blades, scooters or bicycles
  11. k) Photographic, video or audio recording equipment for any purpose other than private non-commercial purposes, which may include, without limitation, video and/or audio recorders, camera tripods, monopods or lenses with a total focal strength of greater than 200mm and commercial digital video equipment.  The Event Management staff will, at their sole discretion, determine whether or not an item is intended for personal or commercial use
  12. l) Cameras and/or specialised photographic equipment intended for commercial use. The Event Management Staff will, at their sole discretion, determine whether or not an item is intended for personal or commercial use
  13. m) Sound amplifying devices including loudhailers, air horns or similar devices
  14. n) Prams, strollers or pushchairs (there is a limited storage facility at Gates A, D, E, H for patrons to store these items during the event at their own risk)
  15. o) No hard chilly bins, picnic hampers and large backpacks.  Please note that soft chilly bags can be brought into the Stadium and must be within 350mm high by 300mm deep by 400mm wide (i.e. they should be able to fit under your Stadium seat).
  16. p) Flags, banners etc that may, at the sole discretion of the Event Management Staff, be considered too large or contain profanity or messages that could be deemed offensive
  17. q) Any other item which the Event Management Staff (at their sole discretion) deems to be a prohibited item which may be a danger to, or inconvenience any other patron
  18. r)   Prohibited items will be confiscated
  1. Patron, Bag and Vehicle Searches 
  2. a) All patrons and their possessions may be subject to a search prior to being granted entry into the Stadium
  3. b) Patrons and their possessions may also be searched during an event and when leaving the stadium
  4. c) All vehicles entering and leaving the Stadium may be searched
  5. d) Prohibited items will be confiscated
  6. e) Refusal of entry, patrons will be refused entry if:
  7. f) They appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs/narcotics
  8. g) They refuse to comply with requests from security and/or gate staff
  9. h) They have no valid entry ticket or accreditation pass
  10. i) Patrons refused entry will not be entitled to a refund
